I have sent my parcel from Dubai via post office with the tracking no cp230616803ae. it was supposed to be delivered by the 22nd of October 2013 but as i am mailing now it has not been delivered. tracking the parcel shows that it arrived in Joburg 16th of October in the joburg international mail exchange. Efforts to contact them via their email [Email Removed] were all fruitless as they kept on saying the lines of @ the mail exchange are busy (Benjamin Blignaut one of the agents there who responded). I dont know what to do now to get my parcel i gave them an option to return the parcel to Dubai if they cant deliver but they never replied
