SA Post Office
Package has not arrived

I had a package air mailed to me from the USA on the 22nd of last month. It still has not arrived. When I call the call center, I get told my package is not in the country yet??? When I EMS south africa, they tell me that they never scanned my item and that it is now an untraceable and can be anywhere. How could this be, I spent lots of money on getting tracked shipping and now my parcel is lost. I understand that there is now a strike/go slow happening but surely my package should have still been scanned in somewhere. Surely I could collect it from that location. This parcel is extremely urgent and I am tired of being bounced around. When will my package arrive. If someone could just give me clarity that would be great. All my other parcels arrived with the week
