MTN sent my phone with RTT. The lady I spoke to took the address incorrectly and didn't the driver got lost. They didn't bother to call me and let me know that they have my parcel. Only yo find out after I followed up with Mtn. I had to travel to Joburg and told them that I will pick it up from their depot and they sent out the parcel with the driver to a similar address in Joburg but I told them I was coming to COLLECT!!! Now aim stuck in Joburg they hv my phone with a driver somewhere. I gave them my address here in Joburg and the driver still went to their joburg - Durban address. This is an inconvenience, the driver phoned me nd told me he has to ask his manager if he can come to where I was, only at 4pm the supervisor is clever enough to call me nd tell me that they can't deliver to where I am nd he hanged up on me.
