I am awaiting a delivery that was sent from Odendaalsrus to Westville in Durban. The tracking nr is: TA 644 716 917 ZA. According to tracking details this parcel is still at their offices in Jetpark in Johannesburg. I posted this parcel on the 3rd of February with high costs.
Just got off the phone with Speedservices and they said that they can't tell me when my parcel will be delivered due to a strike. When I posted this parcel nobody told me about a strike whatsoever. This is unexceptable. Someone bought this parcel from me at Bid or Buy, and now I am gonna get a negative rating for late delivery. Am I gonna get a refund for this bad service?
Can someone please tell me how long this will be before this problem is gonna get solved?
