I was involved in a traumatic car accident and my insurance being hollard arrange the hired car with first car rental. I have not had any good service let alone pleasure from them, they gave me 3 damaged vehicles to use, with no apology, i felt unsafe in those vehicles yet they continued to replace it with more damaged vehicles. I returned the rental vehicle on the 4/1/2014... to date i have not received my fuel deposit back, they were quick to take it from my account but apparently will return it within 10 working days... its been 4 weeks and i have still not received it, yet i received 29 emails from them regarding invoicing... yes SPAM FLOOD my email!!! You guys and i will ensure that i inform my insurance and everyone including my staff of your service and pathetic rogueish behaviour. I lodged a previous complaint and i did not even receive a call from youll talk about customer service.
