I was involved in a traumatic accident on the 4/12/2013, my insurance being hollard arranged a car for me through first car rental, they first gave me a deffective chev aveo, then a defective chev sonic, now they have replaced it with another defective sonic, i have complained numerous times and even registered a complaint on facebook and was told i will be contacted, a week has passed and no one has contacted me, my car hire ends on the 4/01/2013 and i must say thoughout this entire 30 days that i was exposed to first car rental i would never suggest them or advise anyone to use them, fear for your life and service when using them, accident damaged cars, giving cars with less than a full tank of fuel, delivering cars late, lying to customers, etc... i am also going to repost on facebook how useless your facebook admin is and im going to screen shot the reponse where youll say on facebook that i will be contacted and a week later nothing... your service, cars and attitude!!! i work for a large insurance company and we use budget car rental and avis, these guys are far superior to youll!!!
