My wifrs car hss been from today over 28 days by panel beater. It is still not complete. The rental vehicle is due today and niether the insurance company or pane beater can help with a vehicle. Hollard is not willing to extend and panel beater says they have no courtesy vehicles. The attitude that I get from hollard that I must just make my own arrangements for transport. I feel that the insurance company does not care for there customers and not courteous. I have explained that my wife drops of kids and travel to phoenix and I travel to pietermarutsburg. My wife is realy put at disadvange. I though insurance there help as we have paying them diligently. I really need a car. Please help.
