I did an internet search for the cheapest car rental and VIP Car Rental was suggested among others. I paid a small deposit via cr card and was sent an acknowledgement via email. When I arrived in PE at the VIP - 1st Car Rental, I had been placed in high risk - R7500.00 deposit before the rental fee and apparently I was suppose to receive the terms and conditions which I didn't. The young lady working at 1st Car Rental apologised and did try to bring the price down as much as possible, but it still was way beyond what I could afford. I think that is bad and misleading advertising. I don't care about the small deposit I originally paid, I got the services of another Car Rental who I will be using in future.
