Bad service. I will not pay my car rental!

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on 6 December 2013. I reported everything on 7 December 2013 and received my rental car that day. The assessor from the insurance assess my car on 12 December only. He then sent his report and the claim need to be processed.

The claim took one week to be processed due to me "misleading the consultant when I joined the insurance consultant", which is BS as I had a claim a few months before which was processed with no problem. So 2 weeks that I have my car rental and my car isn't even with the repairer yet!

Next my repairer had the car done on 10 January 2014, but had to replace a part the insurance assessor missed, meaning an extra 4 days to get the authorisation, order the part, receive the part and then install the part. I called the insurance 10 January and my rental car needed to be back 17 January, which was fine because the insurance would be finished in that week. But no! The repairer called me 16 January to say another part has been overlooked and needs to be replaced and they have requested authorisation.

Now I must pay my rental due to your incompetence. I refuse! I called the call centre, they said you'd call which you didn't
