Via [URL Removed] I decided to book a car since mine was in for repairs over new years. The website requires you to make a deposit via credit card before they will confirm the booking. Once the booking is confirmed they notify you of the deposit that has to be made for the same value as the excess for the car. In this specific case it was R3000. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was told that there is an additional deposit of R7000 added to the R3000 deposit. At this time I cancelled the rental as I had made other arrangements and did no longer require the vehicle. When requesting my booking deposit back they refused on the terms that I was a "no show".
Be careful when booking via this company. They will you out of your money.
