I went to this garage to fill up my tank & further asked the attendant to check oil & water in my car he told me they both were fine but instead filled the wiper tank, I insisted on him to show me the oil stick I noticed that the oil was not enough asked him to put 2 pints I left the garage to drop my parents, as I stopped at home I noticed smoke coming from the bonnet we were helped by 2 guys the radiator was empty the engine was covered with smoke, they poured water I went back to the garage to report met the attendant & his supervisor thy said everything was fine, I insisted on calling my mechanic to double check my car, he tested the car & I got a report that the car did not have water in the radiator tank that led to blowing of top gasket. I went with him to the garage he told the supervisor his findings, we were told the garage will take no liability on my damaged vehicle & they refused to show us the CCTV footage of their attendant whilst he was in my car, I was told to speak to the owner. the owner has since unavailable to meet me & they did not bother to phone me, I called them & was told the statements are contradicting between me & the attendant.
