Worst admin and customer service ever!

I have made a booking with arrangements to pay deposit by end 31st of January 2013. On the 30th January 2013 I get a sudden e-mail informing me that the booking was cancelled. I then, in desperate attempt to keep booking as it is for a wedding we are attending at this stupid place, make an immediate deposit payment on the 30th January 2013. Then I phone the reservation manager, Amanda Grant to inform her of the payment just so that she can tell me she already booked someone else and will pay my deposit back as soon as it reflects in our bank account. This was on the 30th January 2013. My payment was from F.N.B. to F.N.B.
Don't tell me it did not reflect on there account the same day..
I still haven't received my deposit back after e-mails asking them to sort it out.
All I get is empty promises and.

They are steeling my money.
