So when will you refund my R4300..???

I booked a First Car rental for the Easter weekend via Jigsaw travel. Pre-paid this booking plus an excess deposit for accident cover. When collecting the car, I was informed that I have to also pay the full rental fee, excess deposit, deposit for the car plus a fuel deposit at First Car Rental CPT International in order to actually collect the car. In total, I have now paid R7000 for a FORD FIGO for 6 days!!! I was told the deposits etc will be put on hold until I return the car and then released back into my account, which didnt happen! The money was deducted immediately. Once back home I started inquiring as to when I will be refunded the whole (double) amount that was paid to First Car. A lady called Whitness in JHB is trying her best to be helpful and is sending my emails back and forth to branch managers and superiors with no success. Whitness figured out that there was a mistake made on First Car Rental's side and a double reservation was created and therefor a double payment deducted. It frustrates and annoys me that this company is quick to deduct money, MY money, but very reluctant to rectify mistakes and REFUND money. Last time I am using the service of First Car Rental!
