I have a 2011 Ford Figo and been noticing rust speckels coming out on the front doors and below the rear window! I went to the Diep River branch the first time and was told to get a panel beater to sort it out. I decided to leave it at that and return another time! I returned Mid Jan and was told to get a quote from a panel beater to buff and polish the car.
I did this and returned with the quote to the gentelman who i delt with. He told me he will contact me shortly.
Have not heard a thing!
Really Pathetic service. I would like this to be sorted out ASAP as the car has warrenty against this and is only 2 years old!!
