My car was sent to East Rand Motor Lab via MiWay insurance and it's been over a month now. Nobody from the panel beater has contacted me in this time. When I contacted MiWay to question the progress of my car, they said that the panel beater misplaced the authorization document and they had to resend it. This is after more than a month of being without a car. The lady at MiWay also said that someone from the panel beater would contact me shortly. More than a day later, I'm still waiting for a call. Given the choice, I'd never use this panel beater. Insurance companies should stop using them!
