Subject: Complaint of bad service
I the above mentioned, ID NO: 7902140499088 would like to like log a formal complaint against my Insurance company (Insurance driven by AA/Telesure). Policy no: 557096845.
After the approval of my accident claim they have referred me to a panel beater by the name of Auto Magic, Zambezi. After they completed with repairs on my vehicle, I learnt that my rear right electric window was no longer working. When asking them about this matter, they told me that I dropped off the car with a non-working window. I requested if we may look at the checklist. Leecardo (the panel beater) refused to check for me as they were about to close, so he says.
After many follow ups and phone calls to the panel beater and the insurance speaking to about 9-10 different individuals, no one has been able to assist or take responsibility and account for my window. The panel beater even took out the machine on the window without my knowledge and put it inside the boot of my car. They say I must fix it at my own expense.
Finally Thuli the insurance manager then called Leecardo regarding this
