My Father who borrowed my 2011 Ford Pickup was involved in an accident and OUTSURANCE decided to carry out a background check on me as there was no other driver details (the other vehicles driver ran away from the scene), on presentation of the accident report to the Investigator the claim was approved (This took 9 days from date of accident to approval), My vehicle was sent to a Panel Beater which has a bad reputation (OUTSURANCE is aware of the bad reputation) and the vehicle has been stripped (which took two days) and 3 weeks down the line no repairs have been carried out (as the Panel Beater is waiting for Labour). I have written several e-mails to OUTSURANCE and even several telephone calls and all I am advised is that they will contact the Panel Beater to discuss with them and revert back to me (which never happens). The main problem is that no one is able to present me with an actual completion date of when I am able to get my vehicle back, all I am advised is that it will take a maximum of two weeks to repair (that was told to me verbally by the panel beater on the 27th of June 2013) On the 16th of July 2013 it has been 30 days since the accident
