We have a policy with Indwe and claimed for a car repair on the 27th of March. Indwe only authorised the claim in April which also took forever to get authorised. The car is at Service Start Auto Body in Pretoria. Every time i phone the panel beater, they tell me stories about this car. Friday i called and i was told to call after an hour which i did, but no one could give me feed back. I then called Indwe to complain but it seems they also not doing anything about this issue. I even went as far as asking if they can find another panel beater which will do the work instead of this one which has been giving me endless excuses. The agent that i spoke to at Indwe said she will get back to me (which she never did). She said she would organise for the Assessor to go and check what the delay is with the panel beater. I havent heard anything from the assessor since then. This morning i phone the panel beater, i was told they dont give feedbacks on monday, i then called Indwe and again, i feel like they are not taking this serious. The agent i spoke to said he will follow up. I WANT MY CAR MOVED FROM THESE PANEL BEATERS. THERE IS CLEARLY SOMETHING DODGY HERE.
