I took my car in for repairs after being in a accident. thinking about my warranty i decided to take it to Centurion panel beaters who has signs on to be a approved Ford panel beaters.
They said my car would be repaired and completed in 15 working days. 16 working days later my car is finished BUT the work done on the car is horrible parts that were quoted for was not installed my car has new scratches on the left front door; right front panel. the work that was to be done was only on the rear end of the car.
so today i went to check out Ford's web site only to find that CENTURION PANEL BEATERS is not on there approved list for body repairs
During the repair process of my car I phoned Centurion panel beaters several times to get updates on my car
each time with the same response we will phone you back shortly we just quickly want to find out.
haven't we all heard that line before no they did not phone me back. so by today i'm sitting without a car and also a cellphone account busy to sky rocket trying to get my car sorted
