5/12/2013 I submitted claim for hail damage. I was allocated a panel beater in Pretoria west on 19/12/2013. Two problems with this I live in Benoni and work in Centurion. why was I not asked which panel beater was convenient for me. Second Problem quote reflects excess of R7000. I contacted Naham when I returned from leave on 6/1/2013 to change panel beaters to company in benoni and query the excess. On 15/01/2013 he came back to me with another panel beater, which I told him to go ahead with. To date I haven't received any further feedback... Shocking service! and Why is my excess so high? I have now been told its R3500 on R11 000 claim
