Called First Car Rental in Sandton to hire a car for 3 days. Was told they are fully booked. When questioned as regards their other branches, he said does not know but they are fully booked. I asked whether they could not get cars from other branches - response no. How disgustingly lazy can one get. I called the head office and made enquiries to to rental of a car and was advised that there was cars available at the depot. When I informed the lady of what had just transpired, she tried covering by saying the cars will only be available later today. LAZINESS seems to be breeding in this country. No extra mile to boost company but would just rather sit around and wait.
