I rented a car from Sandton branch through [URL Removed] The travel agent rentalcars had already billed me for full protection for damage at ZAR 205 per day. However, the sales agent at Sandton office of Budget cars told me that my package does not cover full protection and i had to pay ZAR 110 more for Full Protection of the rental Cars.
Rental Cars and Budget Cars did not disclose complete information about this while booking. This is breach of trust by the concerned service providers
