Despite numerous requests for Regent to send me the sales call record of the 4th September 2012 WHEN i ADDED MY CAR TO THE POLICY. this is so that I can hear myself requesting/declining CAR HIRE.
They have failed/refused to do so. I have therefore taken the initiative to rent a car from budget car rental and invoice REGENT.
I believe that I am entitled to 30 days of car rental from the date of Authorization of the claim (which I assume is 27th March 2013), until the date my car is fixed. I am currently driving a rental car from budget for the next 30 days while my car is being repaired.
The date of accident was the 2nd March 2013, and I have been struggling to get car rental from REGENT since I reported the accident and lodged a claim on the 5th March 2013.
