My outsurance vehicle claim was authorised on 03/12/2013 and allocated to club motors Randburg for repairs. To date i have not received a call from club motors to bring in my vehicle nor did outsurance contact me to find out if everything was sorted. I contacted club motors this morning; call was cut twice while the receptionist was trying to transfer me to the appropriate consultant to assist. On the third attempt she took my details down for the consutlant to contact me and still no one has attempted to contact me.
