I rented a car (Polo Vivo 1.4) from First Car Rental in Hatfield in Pretoria through my insurance King Price and I am still extremely dissatisfied with First Car Rental cover-ups or response. First Car Rental produced a forged/fake receipt claiming to have poured fuel in the car that was FULL TO CAPACITY when I dropped it off, this can't be correct. activities happen all the times in work places (who knows that a different car was filled up using an unsuspecting customer's account details?). I VEHEMENTLY deny that this car required a refilling. One other thing, why you don't advise clients when bringing the cars back that you need to go and double check whether the fuel is full to capacity or not and do it behind closed doors?
I totally see this practice to be DISHONEST and UNACCEPTABLE to be practiced to any human being. In addition, when clients are given cars, why don't you take them through the same process of ensuring that the fuel is full or not? I need my money and there is nothing that is going to stop me to demand what is rightfully mine.
