A few weeks ago I placed an order from US Retailer, Nasty Gal. DHL Global Mail are responsible for the shipment (Shipping number GM605114436806380999). However, when I try to track my package, it shows that the package is still in the US. I have tried to call DHL countless times, having to deal with being on hold for minutes at a time, and when I finally talk to someone, no one can tell me anything about my package. I sent an email last week and my email went unanswered. I would really appreciate it, if someone could tell me what is happening with my package. I have even tried to call the South African Post office, but they are unable to see if they have the product or not because of the tracking number provided by DHL. No matter who I call, I always end up at a dead end, it's really frustrating.
