Delayed package and no answer on phone or email!

I sent a package to my mother in Namibia on Saturday the 12th of January. I was advised to send it airmail and was told it would arrive in Windhoek between 3 days and two weeks. The tracking number is CN019347415ZA.

The last thing I can see when I track the package is :

I'm not sure what this means and I have tried to call the Post Office customer care number and have been listening to an "all our operators are busy" message for nearly 30 minutes on multiple occasions and nobody ever answers. I have sent and email to which I have also not recieved any response.

It's incredibly frustrating when you can't even speak to someone who could explain why the package has been stuck at the JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) for 10 days now.

Postage is expensive. And we trust the post office to get our packages delivered safely and timeously.
