I requested a package to be collected on Monday - I called DHL on 011 921 3874 - my account number is D960468519 - the package was supposed to be collected from Lorain, Ohio - as Monday was a public holiday it was supposed to be collected on tuesday - I was assured by Refilwe that the package would indeed be collected that day. The package was not collected, I then called back several times querying when my package woudl be collected - on Wednesday morning I spoke to Sibongile Khoza who told me she would find out what was happening with my package, i received this email:
Dear Becky/Natasha
Kindly accept my sincere apologies on the delays regarding this shipment.
I will do my best that today (USA time) shipment is collected.
And I have also escalated the matter to management.

I tried calling today and no one seems to know what is happening with the package - it is now four days later and it has not even been collected, I needed this package by tomorrow Friday as I am travelling to Europe tomorrow night!!! Now what do I do??? I want my package collected for FREE! i am furious and disgusted!!!
