I ordered textbooks from [URL Removed] as I am a UNISA student living in Russia. It has been 7 weeks since I ordered the books and I have had no word and the books have not arrived. I tried to get hold of Kalahari who told me they could not track the package and there was nothing they could do so I tried getting hold of the courier. They gave me the information that they had, but that information did not track the package to Russia, only as far as one of their distribution points. But none of the people I spoke to could tell me anything, they assumed the information was for Russia. After back and forth emails they could give me no further information, adamant the package had been delivered, basically telling me to keep waiting. They don't have the international tracking number and cannot give it to me, so I cannot trace the package to find out where it is. Only once I had proved to them that they were wrong and threatened to complain further did I get a response from a TL who gave me more info and offered to try to trace the package. But it is very irresponsible to hand a package over without taking the tracking number. What guarantee is there that the package will be delivered?
