I an expecting 2 packages from America but to be able to track a package you need to phone 0860111502 then you give them your international tracking number and they give you the South-African tracking number so you can see where your package is so you can fetch it from the post office as soon as it arrives and i have been phoning and holding for more than 20min and still no answer so i hung up the phone because holding for 20min cost the same as talking for 20min and on a cell phone that is not cheap!!
Why cant they just make a call back system like Telkom has because they are both very bad at answering the phone???
