I ordered a package from the USA a few weeks ago, the package left USA 11 March but the tracking information stops there. I was advised bu DHL that this gets handled by SAPO and EMS when it comes into the country, so sometimes the tracking does not show all the way on their site. They advised me to contact SAPO. After a long wait on the line SAPO advised to call EMS which handles this, and as usual on EMS call centre the call gets cut off after a few minutes on hold and the various other EMS number donot get picked up, I really need to know where this item is, can someone help please, the tracking is GM545112974045303955, there is also another number on the DHL site if it will help which is 2071430328823613, i am not sure if this is just an order number on DHL global mail
