I have been expecting a package which was sent to me through EMS on the 2nd of December 2013. However I have been tracking my package online of which from December 5, 2013 to date shows that the package is still at the Jhb International Mail Centre. Calling the call centre is another MISSION IMPOSSIBLE been trying to get through for an hour, phones continuously ring with no answer and I keep on getting cut off. I have called more than six telephone numbers already and yet no one answers. Only two people have answered thus far and yet both of them are unable to tell me where my package is. I am initially not impressed with this kind of service and I guarantee you the next excuse I will get is that they unable to locate my package. Now who on earth will pay for that??? The shipper paid a huge lump sum of money to use their so called express service and yet the package is still hanging somewhere since the 2nd of December 2013.
I would like to have someone contact me and have my package delivered to me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE after all its not a free service. I have paid for this.
