Could someone please help me out. I've sent a package to a client in Canada. The irack and trace shows that the package was scanned at the JHB international mail center 31 May and nothing further. Now the client is blaming me and I need to give him answers. I have the tracking number and his name and address. If someone could just please help me with this matter I would appreciate it, its urgent.
