Bad after sale service

I bought a used car back in July. The day I went to fetch my car I was told that it would take about a week to sort out the car's registration and that they would bring me the papers when done (to my office in Rivonia). About a month later without hearing anything back from them, I got a call stating that everything is ready and they would send a driver the following week to bring the paper work, again nothing happend. A month later I called them again. Apparently they registered my car on someone else's name, but they said that they would fix this. When I enquired about when my papers will be delivered, they said about two weeks.

Today I realised that the licensed expired two months ago. I phoned the manager Rian Hogan and he was very rude. Saying that they tried to call me three times (!), to tell me that I have a fine on my previous car so they can't renew the license. He said that it's my problem! This was funny as I have never had another car on my name and have never received a fine. I called the licensing department and they confirmed that I don't have any fines outstanding. Horrible service! I will never buy from Imperial Select again!
