I bought a new Kia Rio 2013 model on Friday 6 December 2013, drove it for 300km and 5 days just to have it fail to start on the 6th morning. I phoned the dealership who promptly sent over a flat bed. On arrival they managed to start the car without any issues and took it to the dealership for inspection. I've been attempting since Thursday (12/12/13) morning to get hold of a manager to explain to me why my brand new vehicle is acting up. After leaving four messages I managed to get a lift to the garage at 3:40 pm looking for a manager. I was asked to wait 10 minutes, and 40 minutes later was advised by general staff that the managers have already left for the day.
I was offered no courtesy car, no explanation and received no feedback apart form that will have to wait 3 or 4 days for feedback from the workshop.
Kia was quick to take my money and now is slow to deliver on the apparently promised good service.
