It seems my item was ready to be delivered on the 2nd Dec. It is now the 12th Dec and still nothing. I called them direct (011 961 6039) and after numerous attempts, got through and found out their driver had been attempting delivery to the wrong suburb. I don't know how you attempt delivery to a non-existing location three times without asking questions, but anyway. I had to phone them to discover this.
Even after they had the correct address, they still have not delivered after days. I really would love to collect the package myself now from their offices near the airport, but nobody ever answers the phone, and when they do, I find their driver already has the item out for delivery - which, of course, never gets delivered.
Absolutely pathetic.
