First Car? Worst nightmare... Imperial Select!

Imperial Select menlyn Pretoria was quick to take my bank guaranteed check, when i bought my car (cash) from them last year July, i paid a R4000 administration fee of which I found out later that I was over charged? this was also a fee to insure my car would be registered and deemed roadworthy, on the 31st December 2012 my cars registration would of expired, due to incompetent employees my car has still not been registered to this day (20 aug 13) and i have been emailing, calling and driving directly to the dealership at my expense before the cars registration expired all done with no results! but i continued (nagging) them for months after the car's registration had expired. when they do try to sort it out they tell you to send the required documents which i have and then you never hear from them. i am outraged as i have recently had a car accident and due to my car not being registered i was unable to obtain car insurance now and have to fit the bills for both cars. i am a student and i work i cannot afford this and i shouldn't have to be liable for cost that could have been avoided if Imperial select did their job. I have contacted the Ombudsman and i am seeking legal action
