Bad Service from Renault Alberton (Barry Rossouw)

I have sent an Application for a car refinance with Renault Alberton MultiFranchise, this was done on the 19th of November 2013, I was told that I would a get a response on monday 25 November 2013. I waited and waited and no one got back to me. Then sent Barry an email, which he did not respond, this was on the 1st Dec 2013, no response sent another mail the following day no respose, Tried calling no answer. Called the next day 03 Dec 2013. Barry promised to call me back, but did not do so still.

Called on friday 6th Dec 2013, Told me stories of how their finance office had moved should hear from him the next day with feedback. It is now Thursday 12 Dec 2013 and still no response from him, sent him an email today still no response. This is absolutely ridiculous.
