BAD AFTER SALE SERVICE

I purchased a Renault Duster 4X4 from Renault Centurion on 06 Nov 2013.

The new vehicle was only registered in my name on 05 Dec 2013.
The trade in vehicle was only settled on 05 Dec 2013 which resulted in a premium taken from my account for the old vehicle.
I received some of the money back but not all.

I tried to speak to ettiene at Renault centurion but he never replies he only get the salesman rudi to phone me back. i also requested proof of settlement of the old vehicle and this took them three days to mail to me after i was promised i would receive it within 10 min of my call.

I contact Renault SA on FB and they requested my cell no which i submitted and it is now 5 day s later and still they did not contact me.
please assist me to get the rest of my money.
