On 19 March 2013, I logged a omplaint regarding my car's remote locking system and the overall poor service from Renault. I received a reply from Renault Customer Services on the same day, promising a response within 24 hours. I even received an e-mail from them promising a response. Lo an behold, twelve days later - and still no-one from Renault has even tried to phone me. Well done Renault, at least you remain consistent in your poor customer service.
