Bad Customer Service - Dishonest Manage

Hi

The sales manager Barry Rossouw is just a dishonest guy, after . we made an application for a new Renault Koleos on Monday 29/07/2013 on Tuesday we were phone by Barry that it has been approved and we can come on Wednesday 31/07/2013 to fetch our car, He phone again just after 16:00 that we must come fetch our car, when we got there he was still waiting for the bank document he will phone us later that day and he didnt after 19:30 and told us that he have received the documents and i ask him about repayments he told me he ws going to phone on Thursday morning regarding that. Thursday he never phone. friday i call at noon he told me about a lady that phone my wife yesterday, was with my wife never received such call. phone me later friday and told me my repayment will be R4500 i told him but i applyed on a scheme that am supposed to pay R3999. he said its because of top-up and life insurance but he request a lady from the bank to correct that he will send me an sms on saturday but never did. today at noon i phone him he told me about codes that were wrong, whose fooling who here. can someone whose serious help us. tired of this dishonest man. irritating maan!!!
