Multi Franchise Renault Bad Customer Service

I applied for motor finance from Alberton Multi franchise for the Renault Clio 4 which the Sales manager Barry Rossouw said I was approved for on condition that I paid a deposit of R10, 000 for the air conditioner because the car didn't come with air conditioner standard on the package. I went to go pay the deposit on the 25th of May 2013 and I was promised that I would get a message from the bank so that I could accept the terms of the contract which the message never came and I was left unattended after paying the deposit and new clients that came walking in the dealership became priority.

Since that day I have been calling Multi Franchise Renault to try and get my deposit paid back and my calls are avoided and when I go to the branch they always point the blame at someone else. I have wasted a lot of time driving back and forth every week to Alberton and even today a month later I still don't have the deposit I paid and no one seems to bother to tell me what is going on. The service I have received from that dealership is shocking because after they realised my application was declined no one seemed to bother to refund my deposit or to give me feed back. I only need my refund
