Shocking customer service

I recently bought a new car which was delivered to me on 21 May 2013. The worst experience in my history of buying new cars, this car being my fourth. I was told so many by the sales person Mr Barry Rosouw. The first was about the estimated instalment I would pay, then the settlement value of my trade-in car, then the delivery date of the new car. NOW, a month later, my new car is still not registered; the trade-in car has still not been settled, as a result my financing bank has deducted a monthly instalment and will continue to do so if the settlement is not expedited by Renault. The only time I get any feedback from Renault Alberton is when I call or visit. No effort from them to keep me posted about the developments i.r.t. the settlement nor the registration of the vehicle. I will never ever buy a car from nor recommend even to my enemies to do business with Renault Alberton. Absolute disregard for their clients' satisfaction!
