I took my Sandero in to Renault Oakdene/The Glen on Tuesday, 14 May 2013, to have my gear box fixed. The problem was found in a few hours and I was told they are awaiting for Renault South Africa to authorise the repairs. I was later told that Renault wants service history. I was told this was sent through. I called again on Thursday and was told Renault wants invoices from the previous services. I am told this, too, was sent. I called today to find out the progress and was told they are awaiting authorisation from Renault. This is Frustrating. I have had no car in 7 days. I have graduation on Thursday and have errands to run before that. I work in media and I can not use public transport because I get harassed in the streets when I am recognised. I had to postpone a meeting today because I can not get around. My car is in Oakdene waiting to be fixed and I am stranded with no car.
