I bought a car in Route 24 Renault in September 2012. -I was told by the sales man, Louis. The key needed to made from France as he had given me one key for the car. - I waited for months for his call to let me know that the key had arrived. In December I made the enquiry they told they will call me back. After when I did not receive their call I made a complaint with Renault SA. Their feedback was the key was given to the customer. When I called the dealership I was told by Herbert the general manger that the are a bunch of keys and he does not know which keys belongs to which car.and at the time the driver was on leave and will be back on Monday the 28 January 2013.today I called and I told management is in a meeting and they will call me back. All I want is my key to delivered is that too much to ask.
