My car was booked for service on Tuesday 10/13/2013. Siven phoned to let me know that the car will be kept overnight since they were waiting for a certain part which was out of stock. On the 11/12/2013 around 3H00 I phoned Siven to ask can I fetch my car since there was no progress report from him. He then promised that the car will be ready in 40min time. Today is 12/12/13 no progress report from him.
