I took my Jetta to Barons Bruma on the 06/03/2013 to replace the megatronics in the gearbox after a week I was told it was replaced but the clutches in the gearbox needs to be changed, the parts was ordered only a week later from Germany and it takes 10 days. I was promised a Curtosy Vehicle that I was supposed to get on the 14/03 or latest the 18/03. After complaining at Volkswagen SA they phoned and said they got my car mobile for now I can fetch it. I collected my car on Friday the 14/03 but it is not mobile at all and I think a hazard on the road. The car keeps Jerking between gears and when you reduce speed it looses all power to about 30KM/hour and then only picks up speed again this is very serious if you travel on the highway and can cause serious accidents. I want VW to either get me a curtosy car or get my car back to the condition it was in when i gave it to them or replace the gearbox all together. The car is still under factory warrantee. I need a car as we only have one and my job requires one. Will VW pay may salary due to a loss of income. This is very bad service from such a big company.
