I just took my car in for the left rear door to be fixed on my VW Polo 1.6. I managed to get a quote over the phone after explaining the problem which was e-mailed to me within 30 minutes, i then booked it in for Tuesday.
On arrival I was approached and welcomed by name and the attendant was already aware of the problem with my car (Must look at my registration number as I enter and find accompanying paperwork). I was then given a lift home with a friendly man by the name of William who has worked there 23 years.
I then phoned later and asked that the part that is replaced be left in my car which was acknowledged. I then was phoned to say that the problem is taking longer than expected which I had no problem with as at least they went out of the way to inform me on the progress.
Once the work was done I fetched my car and my attendant was busy with another client, the receptionist saw this and handed my paperwork to an attendant that was not busy so that I could be served faster.
The whole process was an absolute pleasure and I received service with a smile. All my requests were accommodated and would definitely go back as their service is professional and friendly.
