Daly BMW Klerksdorp bad customer service!

My left side view mirror needs to be replaced and this has been arranged and authorised with the insurance and to be replaced by Daly BMW Klerksdorp. Car was booked for the repairs on 10 December 2013. When I contacted them on 9 December 2013 to confirm, they told me that they do not have the part and that they don't know whether they can order the part from BMW (??). There were other incidents prior to this as well - my brand new BMW suddenly had a "broken diamond mesh filter" in the aircon blower because there were leaves going into the blower which had to be replaced. How can there be a broken mesh filter in the aircon for a brand new BMW not even a year old? Another incident pertains to the plastic housing around the ConnectedDrive modules behind the rearview mirror - the cover is "loose" as if someone tried to open this... Really concerned for my car and I won't make use of them ever again! I get the feeling they cannibalise parts on new vehicles for fitment on other vehicles...
