My VW scirocco was booked in for a major service and to repair the turbo on 5 Nov. The service advisor was lying about the progress on the service. I recieved a call by 15:00 to say that the car will be ready by 17:00 and they are nearly finished and only need to check the brakes still. I got to Barons at 16:30 to collect the vehicle and they have done absolutely nothing since 07:00 the morning. According to Shafiek they were waiting on Motorite to authorise the job but surely this can't take the whole day... Not to mention that they have driven 4.5 km and i collected the car unrepaired and without the service being done. Shafiek was suppose to get back to me today but i am still waiting for a phonecall.
